Talent Rocket is seeking a Customer Success Manager for our Munich office in a hybrid setup. You will work at the intersection of Customer Service, Customer Success, and Sales Enablement to ensure our clients derive maximum value from Talent Rocket, prepare our account management for scheduled meetings, and translate customer interactions into actionable insights.

You will be the primary point of contact for customers and their inquiries, handling requests related to job postings, employer profiles, events, and reviews via email, phone, or our CRM. You will review and approve jobs, Career Hubs, events, and employer reviews on our platform. When assisting smaller clients, you will establish regular, value-adding monthly service communications and manage distribution. From day-to-day operations you will extract relevant customer insights and feed them to Account Management. By compiling relevant customer information and performance data you will prepare pitch decks and meeting materials. In line with our AI-First approach you will document recurring processes and continuously improve the operations in your area.
