This leadership role will manage a cross-functional team including Manufacturing/Industrial Engineers, Manufacturing Planners, Hardware Verification Control, NC, Operations Support Specialists, and Continuous Improvement Specialists focused on manufacturing operations, process improvement, quality, and safety. Responsibilities include developing new manufacturing build plans, conducting root-cause analysis, enforcing policies and procedures, and owning the manufacturing process. You will lead cross-functional communications to ensure goals and schedules are achieved, manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensure direct reports meet critical deadlines, and guide a team that includes CI Specialists and union-represented employees. You will drive lean practices, improve quality, apply safety standards, and use production metrics to drive results. You will develop, control, and report on build plans to senior leadership.
