Technical Onboarding Support Executive (German-speaking) in Awin's Technical Services team provides onboarding and integration support to clients joining our Network. You will liaise between the client’s marketing and technical teams to ensure the implementation of our bespoke online tracking technology is delivered on time according to campaign specifications. The role involves identifying and resolving issues quickly, providing clear technical guidance, and contributing to team targets. You will review colleagues’ work for technical sign-off, report bugs, maintain and expand a knowledge base, provide high-level training to internal staff, and test new developments and features. The role fosters growth within a dynamic, global environment and is based in Madrid, Spain as a hybrid role with semi-regular in-office presence.
