About the role

Rijkswaterstaat, the implementing agency of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management, is seeking a Senior Service Delivery Manager IT to professionalize, implement, and govern the mission-critical TDI and (i)VRI service delivery chain. You will analyze the current service delivery, develop improvement plans, create a product and service catalog, define KPIs and SLAs, and ensure the service delivery is future-proof, manageable, and transparent. Responsibilities include defining and implementing KPI's, SLAs, and reporting; building dashboards and management information; coordinating chain governance and Service Delivery Management; advising on the design of the iVRI service delivery; and implementing and embedding processes, governance and ways of working, with a controlled handover to the line organization.

What you bring: HBO or WO degree in Information Management, Technical Business Administration, Traffic Engineering, IT or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Delivery Manager in politically sensitive and technically complex environments. Minimum 5 years of experience within a SIAM and ITIL environment. Minimum 2 years of experience within the traffic management domain, preferably with TDI, VRI and iVRI service delivery. Experience with Service Improvement, Service Delivery Management and chain governance. Proficient Dutch language skills. Residence in the Netherlands. Availability for a detachering (contract) assignment. CV to be in Dutch and up to 5 pages. The position requires a detachment contract and a Dutch CV.
