Graitec is looking for a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value realization of its BIM software solutions. You will co-create Client Success Plans, lead onboarding and adoption journeys, build trusted advisor relationships with assigned accounts (1:100), and partner with Sales on renewals and upsell opportunities. You will manage cross-functional escalations, maintain accurate CRM data in Microsoft Dynamics, and report on key metrics such as ACV growth, onboarding rates, and NPS. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, collaboration, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM.
