Accountant responsible for accounts payable and receivable, including processing incoming invoices and recording them in the ERP system, maintenance of master data, verification and posting of invoices. As the internal contact, you will handle commercial questions in the accounting area. You will perform management reporting and reconcile accounts. You will support the monthly closings for phenox GmbH and its subsidiaries in all accounting matters. You will assist with the monthly review to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Profile: Completed commercial training; at least 5 years of experience in accounting, ideally within an industrial company. Strong numerical and cost awareness, initiative and responsibility. Proficient with MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with IFRS and HGB and collaboration with subsidiaries; intercompany reconciliations are a plus. You have a flexible, independent, and meticulous work style. You are a team player with a communicative and open personality. Good English skills, spoken and written.
