Veolia Group is seeking an Account Manager in the Chemical Solutions and Monitoring (CSM) division to serve customers across diverse industries from an on-site base in Sioux City, Iowa. The Account Manager will act as a trusted technical advisor, developing deep customer relationships while delivering innovative chemical water and process treatment solutions that improve energy and water sustainability, optimize profitability, and safeguard assets.

Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Develop and optimize chemical treatment programs for Cooling Water, Boiler Water, Wastewater, Memchem, and Process Applications.
Conduct sample testing and prepare Technical Service Reports to analyze data, interpret results, and recommend improvement initiatives.
Manage the Account Management Excellence Program including Service Plans, Value Generation Plans, and Business Reviews to demonstrate measurable customer value.
Plan and communicate Veolia's Value Generation Plans through projects that drive water and energy sustainability and asset protection.
Meet annual revenue targets while managing margins, price escalations, and commercial negotiations.
Maintain a healthy sales funnel and secure new, recurring profitable opportunities for consistent year-over-year growth.
Adhere to EHS policies and maintain safety at all times.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science or Engineering/Technologist (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), or 8+ years of direct water treatment experience; high school with relevant experience acceptable.
