We are a family-oriented company with a culture of teamwork and ongoing growth through ownership and management of multi-family communities. Responsibilities include professional customer service, rent collection and preparation of receipts and late notices, composing correspondence, answering phones, greeting residents, maintaining all resident files and documentation, managing move-in scheduling and apartment inspections to ensure standards are met, and coordinating the daily activity of the Maintenance Team. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of residential property management experience. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office is preferred. The role requires 40 hours per week with potential overtime and weekends; a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance are required, and the candidate must have access to a vehicle.
