Sunstate Equipment Co. is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Beaumont, Texas. The role focuses on increasing revenue through acquisition of new accounts, suggestive selling, and building professional relationships with customers. Responsibilities include processing orders for deliveries and pickups, handling telephone inquiries that may involve equipment troubleshooting, and acting as a liaison between customers, sales, dispatch, and management to ensure quality solutions and service. This on-site position involves approximately 80% in the office and 20% in the yard, with cross-training with Dispatch. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with overtime eligibility. Compensation starts at $23 per hour, depending on experience, with quarterly performance bonuses and weekly pay. Requirements include at least 2 years of customer service and inside sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, ability to work both independently and as part of a team, proficiency with Microsoft Office and CAD (AS 400 highly preferred), a valid unrestricted driver's license, minimum age 21, and the ability to drive company vehicles.
