The Senior Accountant will oversee financial reporting, manage accounting functions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, managing general ledger activities, reconciling accounts, and supporting the month-end and year-end close processes. Additional tasks may involve analyzing financial data and ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting principles.

Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA is preferred but not required - 5+ years of experience with Excel formulas and Microsoft Excel - 5+ years of Real Estate experience - 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Auditing - Strong knowledge of financial reporting, general ledger management, and reconciliations - Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work collaboratively within an on-site team - Proficiency with QuickBooks (Desktop and/or Online) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills - Experience with OneSite and/or RealPage Accounting is a strong plus - Experience in a multi-entity environment
