Based in Ghent, Belgium, you will contact private customers who requested an online valuation on our website; listen to and identify their sales plans; negotiate with and persuade customers to sign an agreement with one of our partner real estate offices; maintain a strong relationship between the real estate agents and the private client; and manage your portfolio of brokers to ensure smooth collaboration. Requirements include some sales experience; knowledge of the real estate sector is a plus; you enjoy telephone sales; you are eager to learn and a good team player; you are persistent and will not give up; you enjoy negotiating, taking on challenges, and exceeding targets; you speak fluent Dutch.
