HR Business Partner (m/f/d) will be a strategic partner to leaders, supporting the organization in achieving its goals through modern, forward-looking HR practices. The role combines operational HR excellence with advisory support for managers and employees on all HR-related topics and actively contributes to developing the organization, culture, and staff.

Key responsibilities: - Employee support and acting as sparring partner for supervisors on HR and labor law questions - Advising and supporting leaders through organizational changes - Managing labor-law related activities including preparation of relevant documents - Constructive collaboration with the works council - Responsible for contract administration - Independent handling of secondments - Independently carrying out reintegration process (BEM) - Monthly review and, when needed, interim execution of payroll with DATEV - Responsible for operational HR topics and maintenance of HR systems (Personio, Atoss, SAP SuccessFactors)
