About the role

Abra's IT division is seeking an IT Support Engineer (Tier 1) to join our team in Wheaton, Illinois, United States. This temporary role is expected to last approximately five months, with a high potential for extension based on performance. The IT Support Engineer will provide Tier 1 support to users primarily in the United States, with potential assistance to EMEA users, in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve user issues related to access, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, Zoom, and network/VPN.
Support Windows and macOS workstations, including installations, updates, and user training.
Assist with administration tasks in Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (password resets, MFA, permissions).
Support endpoint devices managed by Intune (Windows/Mac) and ensure compliance.
Manage IT equipment, onboarding/offboarding processes, maintain accurate inventory, and document calls in the ticketing system.

Requirements

A

At least 1–3 years of IT Support/Helpdesk experience; Tier 1 support experience required.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams) and Microsoft Intune.
Basic understanding of Entra ID and ability to troubleshoot access/SSO issues.
Technical support capability for Windows and macOS.
Strong service orientation, excellent communication, and ability to explain technical information simply.
Fluent Hebrew and good English communication.
Ability to work in an organized manner, manage tasks, and document in a ticketing system.
Experience with: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows, macOS, Entra ID, Zoom, Teams.
