In this role, you will bridge platform capabilities with customer outcomes, maintaining a user-first focus to define user profiles, jobs-to-be-done, and end-to-end user flows for high-value opportunities. You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to decompose workflows into scalable, reusable UX building blocks, delivering cohesive, customer-centric solutions. This full-time, hybrid role is based in Berlin or Haarlem and requires 3 days per week in the office.
