AbbVie is seeking a Senior Program Manager, PDS&T in Sligo, Ireland to enable commercialization of new product introductions (NPIs) and manage on-market support programs within the Combination Aesthetics & Devices (CAD) organization. The role leads the NPI program from R&D handover through final launch and commercialization, and drives strategic product support programs to ensure robust supply, product quality, and strong customer service while controlling costs. The incumbent will coordinate cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial to deliver integrated technical solutions, and will manage execution across the PDS&T organization, franchise organizations, and third-party suppliers. Responsibilities include global transfers, site launches, lifecycle projects, process improvements, and maintaining budgets and timelines. The role requires leading matrixed cross-functional teams, setting milestones, reporting progress to senior management, and ensuring regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, 15+ years of relevant experience in process development and program management, GMP knowledge, excellent communication skills, and PMP certification or multilingual abilities are a plus. This position is based in Sligo with hybrid work arrangements.
