Technical Communications Project Manager based in Reston, Virginia, on-site at MetroStar, will manage a multi-channel communications program to inform customers and stakeholders about changes, upgrades, decommissions, and other high-impact updates. You will translate complex technical information into clear, engaging messaging for broadcasts and end users, produce materials for senior government stakeholders in classified environments, and coordinate event planning and announcements with technology experts. You will lead the customer engagement and communications program for a global technology product suite, develop review-ready communications, and distribute messages across multiple channels. You will partner with the Product Team and collaborate with engineers, technical leads, and program managers; track engagement metrics and ensure governance-approved documentation. The ideal candidate has active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 2-4 years IT Project Management supporting Agile projects, and relevant certifications such as PMP or Leading SAFe Agilist.
