Role: The Product Manager is an independent, operational leader of a cross-functional squad, responsible for translating agreed-upon Key Results into a concrete execution plan. They bridge the strategic vision and the development team, owning the outcomes for their product(s) while guiding the team to discover the best solutions through experimentation and data analysis, focusing on the 'why' behind every task.

What you'll be doing: - Key Results Definition: Collaborate with Lead and Senior PMs to define relevant Key Results that align with broader strategic objectives. - Team Alignment on KRs: Facilitate the adoption of KRs within the cross-functional team to ensure alignment on the metrics used to measure success. - Roadmap Creation: Transform the backlog into a prioritized roadmap of hypotheses and experiments designed to impact Key Results. - Agile Methodology Implementation: Facilitate Agile rituals (sprint planning, reviews, demos) to maintain a consistent delivery cadence and high team morale. - Outcome Validation: Coordinate with the CRO function to design, implement, and analyze experiments (e.g., A/B tests) to validate ideas before committing to full-scale development. - Stakeholder & Team Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for the cross-functional team, managing external requests to keep the software development team focused on sprint goals and providing stakeholders with regular progress updates.

Who we're looking for: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field. - 2–3 years of Product Management experience, preferably
