What you'll do: - Lead, coach, and motivate a high-performing sales team - Drive new and used vehicle sales while maximizing profitability - Monitor sales performance and establish goals to achieve dealership objectives - Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants - Ensure an exceptional customer buying experience from start to finish - Work closely with the Finance and Service departments to maximize customer satisfaction - Manage inventory, merchandising, and sales processes - Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture
What we're looking for: - Previous Automotive Sales Management experience - Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills - Proven track record of achieving sales and profitability goals - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to analyze reports and make data-driven decisions - Professional appearance and positive attitude - Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
