Overview: This is an office-based NOC Team Lead role in Rivian's Charging Network Operations Center, located in Atlanta, GA and Normal, IL, United States. The successful candidate will lead a high-energy, technically proficient team of NOC Specialists and Engineers, orchestrating real-time technical support, incident response, and SLA management to ensure a seamless charging experience for Rivian chargers. Role details: - Lead, mentor, and train a team of NOC Specialists and Engineers; supervise shift handovers, conduct performance reviews, and drive professional development. - Monitor the health of the Rivian Adventure Network (DC Fast Chargers), Waypoint (AC Level 2), and DC/AC fleet chargers. - Serve as primary escalation point for complex issues and resource decisions. - Manage SLAs for response times and network uptime across all networks. - Collaborate with Field Service Supervisors, Field Technicians, Software Engineers, and Hardware Partners to troubleshoot software/firmware bugs and equipment failures. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and operational processes. - Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, four 10-hour shifts, 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM PST.
