You will be responsible for the commercial, technical, and contractual performance of multi-year transportation programs, including conventional signaling, CBTC, PTC, communications, SCADA, and multi-system integration. This role operates in a matrix organization, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders—customers, primes, subcontractors, and suppliers—to deliver fully integrated rail systems in compliance with contractual, regulatory, and safety requirements. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or related field, and 5+ years of experience in project/program management, with 5+ years in managing multi-year, complex regulated programs. Preferred experience includes rail signaling, matrixed program management, program planning tools, capacity planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution, contract management, cost control and forecasting, and experience with transit agencies or public sector clients.
