Account Manager – Resonant Energy (Boston, MA)

This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Boston, Massachusetts. The position reports to the Senior Business Development Manager and includes a three-month in-office training period followed by a 3:2 hybrid schedule (three days in the Boston office, two days remote).

What you’ll do: - Independently manage the investor and lender consent process across all active projects, including document generation, deadline tracking, and external relationship management to keep approvals moving. - Lead client-facing support for ITC adders, Direct Pay, and ITC transfer applications; maintain internal tracking systems for client data, submissions, and approval status. - Ensure data integrity in Salesforce across the sales and partnerships teams; prepare monthly pipeline reports and identify improvements to tracking and reporting.
