In this role, you will transform complex problems into simple, accessible, and engaging experiences, acting as a technical reference and collaborating closely with Engineering and Product to deliver real impact on education and business goals.

What you will do: - Design Strategy and Vision: Lead end-to-end design projects from discovery to implementation; actively contribute to product strategy with a systemic view and a focus on user experience. - Discovery, Research and Data: Conduct user research, interviews, and validations to inform product and design decisions; use qualitative and quantitative data to guide decisions and measure impact. - Mentorship and Design Culture: Contribute to evolving the Design System and ensure consistency across products; serve as a technical reference within the team, mentoring junior designers; collaborate with peers through critiques and reviews.
What we expect: - Solid experience as a Product Designer for digital products, with the ability to autonomously lead complex design initiatives. - Strong expertise in UX, UI, information architecture, and flow design; proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma. - Strong research and validation skills, with a track record of data-driven decisions aligned with business context. - Excellent communication and persuasion, with the ability to influence stakeholders in multidisciplinary teams. - A portfolio that demonstra
