We are currently seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to help grow our brand in a selected sales channel in Poland. Responsibilities

Qualifications:

Sales and strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and maximize visibility of Red Bull products within the assigned channel, translating into achievement of sales targets and increased brand awareness. Develop and execute promotional plans that boost customer engagement. Effectively manage the budget. Monitor sales results, analyze the effectiveness of cooperation with partners, and implement optimization actions.
Partner relationships: Negotiate terms of collaboration and sign trade agreements beneficial to both sides. Build long-term business relationships with partners to achieve common business goals.
Team collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments including brand marketing, trade marketing, operations and controlling. Regular contact with Red Bull headquarters in Austria.
Market analysis: Track trends, identify new business opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
