Senior Project Manager – Construction Fit-Out (Nordics). Nscale is building the infrastructure for Europe’s AI revolution. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the construction of data centre fit-out projects in Finland and Norway. You will report to the Project Director and may work across multiple projects, coordinating design, engineering, and construction activities through all stages from design to commissioning and handover. Responsibilities include managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk; coordinating with MEP and CSA disciplines; overseeing design reviews and documentation control; collaborating with general contractors to assess local capabilities and performance; driving adherence to milestones and developing recovery plans when needed; and maintaining a strong safety culture with active auditing. You will partner with internal teams (Engineering, EH&S, Finance, Operations) to ensure delivery that meets Nscale’s standards and supports its AI mission. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience managing large-scale, mission-critical construction projects, preferably data centre developments and fit-out works; experience with advanced cooling solutions (e.g., TCS loop liquid cooling) is a plus; a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline; strong leadership and stakeholder management skills; and proficiency with project management and reporting tools.
