Account Manager - Sulfur Solutions

Overview We are seeking an Account Manager to grow Hydrite’s sulfur-based chemical sales territory in the Midwest. The role focuses on marketing in-house sulfur-based industrial products, along with Hydrite’s distribution portfolio.

Responsibilities - Manage and grow a sales territory consisting of large industrial accounts and distribution partners. - Achieve gross margin growth goals with new and existing accounts. - Meet established new business targets for new accounts and for existing accounts. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities. - Participate in weekly virtual meetings to stay informed on market and industry updates. - Manage market pricing and gross profit per pound. - Monitor performance metrics including volume, gross profit, revenue, margin per unit, account retention, and new business growth. - Build strong cross-functional relationships with decision-makers across accounts. - Conduct in-person account visits and engage account decision-makers when appropriate. - Utilize detailed business intelligence reviews and communicate variances to the Sales Director. - Resolve customer service issues and address non-conformances.
