Radius is seeking an Account Manager – SME to join our expanding Account Management team. This office-based role is located in Crewe, United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our SME customer base, with a focus on customer retention and upsell. You will report to the Retentions Manager.

Key responsibilities include: - Making daily calls to aligned customers - Retaining and renewing customer contracts - Upselling into customer accounts - Driving cross-company referrals - Developing knowledge of Radius’s product portfolio and ability to explain features and benefits - Working closely with key partners across major networks - Providing after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction - Using various CRM systems to extract data and keep records up to date - Conducting trend analysis
