The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 7–10 years of project accounting experience in construction or specialty trades, with strong GAAP knowledge and proficiency in construction accounting software (Sage 300 CRE, Viewpoint Vista, Foundation, Spectrum, or similar; NetSuite ERP preferred). Advanced Excel skills are required. Preference for HVAC/plumbing/electrical contracting experience, CPA designation, and exposure to surety bonding.
