HYDRATIGHT by ENERPAC TOOL GROUP is seeking a Key Account Manager to cover existing Commercial Nuclear Power Plants, Department of Defense Bolting Applications, and Enerpac Enhanced Turbine Coupling Tool (ETCT) sales and demonstrations as needed. This remote role requires residence in the United States. The Key Account Manager will maintain existing accounts and, where appropriate, develop new business in accounts where Hydratight has had little to no presence. The candidate must have strong customer service skills, be available to meet the customer’s needs around the clock, and excel at follow-up and relationship building. The market offers substantial potential for Hydratight products and services in bolting, machining, and lifting.

Responsibilities

Establish contact with existing clients to maintain and build future relationships within the US; manage territorial accounts, generate new business through cold calling, research and networking.
Be a hands-on salesperson when needed; conduct presentations to upper-level personnel.
Be technically competent to understand applications and to diagnose and solve customer issues; assess customer needs and present solutions.
Gather information for short- and long-term projects; track data and manage multiple priorities.
Travel within the United States (approximately 50%); travel by car or air as needed.
Liaise with internal sales support and operations on equipment requirements, quotations, orders, and follow-up to ensure customer needs are met.
Work with management to meet company goals; relay competitive intelligen
