About the role

Secomea is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to join our product team in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will be a key contributor in shaping our B2B cybersecurity SaaS platform as we rebuild the UI on a new technical foundation and evolve our design practice within the organization. You will be part of the UX team, embedded within the Product Management group and reporting to the Director of Product Management. In this role, you will lead end-to-end design work, conduct user research, and contribute to a scalable design system that ensures consistency and usability across our product.

About the role

Secomea is seeking a Senior UX Designer & Researcher to join our product team in Copenhagen, Denmark, with a hybrid work arrangement. Responsibilities

What we’re looking for:

Design intuitive user experiences by creating wireframes, mockups, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes; validate concepts and gather feedback.
Conduct user research and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations in close collaboration with product management and engineering.
Own delivery beyond handoff by partnering with frontend and backend developers, identifying technical constraints early, and ensuring the design intent survives to the final product.
Contribute to our design system by evolving and maintaining it for scalable development.
Advocate for the user by applying a user-centered mindset in product discussions; recognize the different needs of users in B2B software.
Raise UX maturity by helping build practices, standards, and a shared understanding of UX value across the organization.
5+ years of experience in product design and research within complex B2B SaaS envir
