As a Senior Key Account Manager (m/w/d), you will take strategic and operational responsibility for our most important key accounts in the real estate sector. You will be our primary growth driver, building and actively managing your sales pipeline. Cold calling is a key instrument to reach decision-makers and lay the groundwork for large contracts. You will communicate effectively at all levels, from technical operations professionals to the board. You will conduct efficient, high-volume conversations aimed at understanding customers' pain points, urgency, and decision criteria.
