EOHS Risk Incident Program Manager will lead enterprise EOHS risk and incident management workflows, governance, compliance alignment, and continuous improvement. As an enterprise subject matter expert, you will drive risk assessments, incident response, corrective action tracking, and workflow optimization; translating risk and incident data into priorities and improvement plans. You will partner with Enterprise EOHS, business EOHS leaders, and operational partners to improve reporting quality, learning, tool use, risk evaluation, and gap closure. You will provide dashboards, reports, and trend analyses to highlight recurring risks and opportunities for leadership action. You will lead functional or segment-level risk and incident management projects and cross-functional improvement workstreams; plan resources and escalate deviations based on priorities and governance expectations. You will maintain knowledge of EOHS regulations and support regulatory, customer, and internal audits with documentation and evidence of compliance. This is a Hybrid role based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, United States with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. For hires in the Minneapolis area, in-office four days per week is required. Travel up to 10-15% of the time.
