This role collaborates with regional business leaders and HQ hiring managers to define talent needs, post requisitions in the applicant tracking system and on social platforms, screen applicants, share shortlists with hiring managers, schedule interviews, create offer letters, manage background checks, and coordinate onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field with at least three years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience. Professional HR certification (PHR/SHRM-CP) is preferred, along with knowledge of TA policies, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
