Marcus Corporation is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Corporate Human Resources team at the Milwaukee office. This part-time internship during the Fall 2026 semester provides hands-on experience supporting recruitment and HR initiatives across administrative, project-based, and talent acquisition activities. You will gain exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle while contributing to a positive candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities include: providing ongoing support for talent acquisition systems, processes, and recruiting best practices; assisting with TA and HR projects, including research, data collection, process improvements, and special assignments; supporting candidate sourcing, screening, and offer creation within the applicant tracking system (Taleo) under the guidance of TA team members; maintaining accurate recruiting and employee records; assisting with onboarding activities; monitoring the Marcus Careers inbox; collaborating with divisional and corporate HR teams; participating in career fairs, employer branding activities; preparing reports and providing administrative support for TA programs and projects; supporting and organizing cohort activities for corporate interns; performing other duties as assigned.
