Working under the Branch Manager, the role involves estimating, planning, and executing residential and commercial restoration work from scopes prepared by Merit Estimators, with revisions as needed to meet schedule and budget. You will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensure work conforms to specifications and timelines, and maintain high quality through frequent site visits. The PM will manage resources, monitor safety and compliance with local and national codes, and minimize Merit's risk exposure. Responsibilities include budgeting and cost control, invoicing and contract administration, documenting scopes on-site, and interfacing with clients and insurance adjusters throughout the estimating phase. You will build relationships with adjusters and carriers, drive process improvements for on-site production, and manage client communications to set expectations and achieve satisfaction. Requirements include three years of insurance restoration experience (commercial a plus), ability to read and interpret plans, strong bid solicitation skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; Xactimate experience is preferred but not required.
