Kids in the Game is seeking a People Operations Intern to join the People & Culture Team. This on-site internship in New York, United States supports onboarding, payroll administration, scheduling, and data reporting. You will act as a liaison during onboarding, maintain confidentiality, assist with payroll data entry, and communicate with department staff and part-time employees. You will help with scheduling coverage for recess and after-school programs using our scheduling platform (Paycom), and collaborate with the People Operations Manager to optimize staffing models. The internship runs 14–18 weeks, with 25–35 hours per week in person at our New York office. Compensation: internships are unpaid for first-term interns, with potential extensions to paid internships or class credit where applicable. Ideal candidates are team players with strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with office productivity tools.
