The PM will oversee contractor team performance, manage risk and issues, and guide the program through prioritization and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders and customers, defining solutions across business and technical domains, monitoring program execution, and ensuring alignment with federal environment practices. Required: twelve or more years of overall IT leadership experience; five or more years of Federal Government experience; strong verbal and written communications; exceptional leadership and organizational skills; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology Management, Engineering, or an equivalent field. Certifications: active PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI Program Management Professional (PgMP); ITIL v3 or higher. Preferred: Scrum Alliance CSM or CSP; PMI’s Agile Certified Professional (ACP); Agile Coaching certifications. Salary range: $133,000–$175,000. Location and work arrangement: Washington, D.C. (Hybrid; 3 days onsite). Clearance: US Citizen, Active Secret.
