Overview: Marta is seeking a Junior Account Manager in the care sector to nurture inbound leads and manage families on our 24-hour care platform. The role can be performed from our offices in Berlin or Bonn or remotely. What you will do: You will not perform cold outreach; you will advise on incoming requests and build your own pipeline. Explain the Marta platform to clients, provide technical support during the caregiver search, and close contracts on the platform. Manage your own client base and support caregiver deployments as the main point of contact for families. Maintain regular contact with families, conduct satisfaction surveys regarding the caregiver, support caregiver changes, and prepare offers. Share best practices for conflict resolution with families. Provide constructive feedback to optimize internal processes and the customer experience. What we look for: No prior experience required; mindset matters. You have a winning mentality, willingness to learn, drive, and team spirit. Ideally you have training as a nursing professional or studies in social work, health management, or similar. First experience in sales, Customer Success, or Account Management is a plus but not required. You enjoy talking on the phone and persuade with charm and authenticity.
