This role serves as a key liaison to stakeholders, ensures timely internal reporting, and escalates risks as needed to protect portfolio outcomes. The position also carries lateral leadership responsibilities, guiding business-unit stakeholders and fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Consolidate and communicate financial and budget information across all active work within the Business Unit; deliver weekly budget updates and monthly reporting.
Identify, communicate, and mitigate financial and operational risks, escalating material risks to the Business Unit.
Drive change requests and project items to meet timelines, coordinating with development teams to remove blockers and sustain momentum on revenue-impacting work.
Maintain strong customer relationships, serve as the first point of contact for customer product owners (CSMs), and ensure timely resolution of issues, change requests, and inquiries.
Act as an escalation point for customer issues, tracking items to closure with regular status updates.
Maintain complete portfolio visibility (status, health, risks, milestones, resource usage) and produce consolidated reporting to support leadership decisions.
