Bubble is seeking a highly organized, creative, and relationship-driven Community Manager to join our Community team and bring our community ecosystem to life in New York, NY. This hybrid, full-time role (4 days in-office per week) will support and manage programs across ambassadors, college representatives, Insiders, parents, and the broader Bubble community, building meaningful relationships, driving engagement, coordinating events and activations, and creating memorable experiences that turn community members into lifelong Bubble advocates. Reporting to the Senior Director of Consumer Engagement & Advocacy, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Influencer, Social, Creative, PR, Brand, and Commercial to execute programs, manage ambassador communications, and grow campus and parent ambassador initiatives. Responsibilities include day-to-day community engagement, overseeing ambassador programs, coordinating IRL and virtual events, monitoring conversations, and maintaining Bubble’s authentic voice across channels. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of experience in community, influencer, experiential, brand, social, or related marketing roles, preferably within beauty, skincare, fashion, retail, or consumer brands; excellent written and verbal communication; exceptional organization; and a proactive, collaborative mindset. Experience with Figma or design tools is a plus. Compensation ranges from $80,000 to $105,000 annually, and occasional evenings and weekends are required to support events.
