We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers delivering enterprise-grade, high-uptime analytics and broadcast tooling. The role combines people leadership with hands-on technical work, shaping architecture, guiding technical decisions, and maintaining high standards of data accuracy and software quality for our enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

People Leadership & Team Development: manage engineers through regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and career growth; set clear expectations and foster a collaborative engineering culture.
Technical Leadership & Architecture: provide hands-on architectural direction, reduce technical debt, participate in design and code reviews, and uphold reliability, observability, security, performance, and maintainability at scale.
Delivery & Collaboration: partner with Product, Design, DevOps, and Architecture to translate business goals into well-scoped initiatives; own delivery commitments and maintain clear priorities.
Qualifications: 3+ years engineering management; 6+ years software engineering; experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, SQL/NoSQL, CI/
