Responsibilities include advising on relocation or expansion opportunities, evaluating commercial and industrial real estate options, organizing site tours and partner meetings, developing tailored proposals and presentations, and managing projects from intake to execution. The role requires strong relationship-building and project-management skills, and involves cultivating relationships with brokers, site selectors, BIDs, chambers of commerce, local economic development organizations, and international partners to generate new leads. Travel within the five boroughs of New York City and occasional evening or weekend meetings may be needed. NYC residency is required within 180 days of hire. Salary range: $73,000-$75,000 USD.
