This full-time exempt role is onsite in Torrance, California, and will provide generalist, recruiting, and organizational support to the HR and Talent Acquisition teams. The role partners with leaders on HR-related issues to promote an exceptional employee experience for all staff. Responsibilities include: - Support global HR initiatives led by the Chief People Officer and HR Business Partners, collaborating with Legal. - Build and maintain relationships with leaders and employees to foster a culture employees will love. - Address employee inquiries about compensation, career frameworks, internal mobility, and employee relations. - Support workers' compensation and leaves of absence. - Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual HR reports; manage routine administrative tasks in line with HR processes. - Assist with onboarding new hires, including offer letters, orientation, benefits, and paperwork. - Periodically audit databases and reports for accuracy. - Serve as a point of contact for employee relations; involve HR Business Partners as needed. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws; manage employee records and reporting. - Process changes in HR data; support learning and development and company-wide events. - Implement programs to develop/retain talent, such as Partner Pals; manage performance and compensation cycles. - Support full life-cycle recruitment by screening and interviewing. - Occasional off-hours may be required to align with
