Responsibilities include managing discrete technical construction scope, ensuring timely completion of project elements, and overseeing technical requirements. The PM will define and manage deliverables, budgets, schedules, and risks, and lead or support the project team from initiation through turnover. Work is aligned with the Triad prime contract, the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA), and Department of Energy (DOE) 413.3B requirements, organized into control accounts and work packages. The role reports to the Manager of Projects and handles day-to-day administrative and operational management of an assigned project area. The incumbent will develop, implement, and evaluate policies, procedures, and standards related to construction and work execution within a nuclear facility.
