This is Beyond, a B2B events company based in West London, is looking for a Midweight Motion Designer to deliver motion graphics and 3D concepts for seven events across annual campaigns and on-site as required. The role involves developing 3D concepts, layouts, and designs that align with creative briefs and brand narratives, with a passion for online, offline, spatial media and installations. Core responsibilities: Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualise and execute engaging motion graphics and animations that communicate our brand and campaign messages; work with Senior Designers and the Art Director to create visually stunning 3D installations; develop concept renders into technical specifications for build suppliers; produce video content for marketing campaigns, social media, digital signage, websites, and other digital channels; translate brand campaigns into motion narratives; apply motion techniques to create a coherent look and feel.
Project Management: Work with marketing and operations to ensure consistency in brand identity across assets; manage multiple projects to deadlines; coordinate with Operations to implement 3D concepts into builds; oversee the entire creative process from concept to production to ensure timely delivery of assets for yearly campaigns.
Technical Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in motion design, animation, and video production; use industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrat
