Technical Support Coordinator is part of the Radio Support Services (RSS) team. Key duties and responsibilities: - Monitor incidents assigned to the RSS team and assist in resolution. - Maintain accurate incident status and investigation information. - Support delivery of customer sales orders and queries within service requests and track fulfilment. - Escalate incidents to radio engineers, Technical Architect, Senior Technical Support Coordinator, and RSS management. - Investigate and analyse underlying causes of incidents to support problem management. - Contribute input for assessments and changes (RFCs) and related purchasing orders. - Raise and manage Standard and Emergency changes in line with Change Processes for RSS contracts. - Support the implementation of approved changes and RFCs. - Liaise with Configuration Management to ensure asset information is updated via Incidents and Changes in the CMDB. - Support Configuration Management tasks to rectify incorrect information about a Configuration Item or asset.
