The Technical Support Specialist – Applications, based in Santa Clara, California (United States), delivers field-level applications expertise to support technical sales engagements and customer deployments. You will bridge Central Support and Applications, bringing applications methods to field support and installs, and act as the US anchor for cross-timezone coordination among Asia, UK, and US teams as the territory expands. You will provide on-site engineering backing to US technical-sales activities, from product demonstrations to addressing customer technical questions, and you will travel globally (up to 60%) to support installs, upgrades, and escalations when capacity is stretched. You will shadow and up-skill on live builds and installs and contribute to standards and work instructions so knowledge is repeatable. You will feed back field findings to NPI and engineering to help design out recurring issues.
