Position: EHS Operations Program Manager – Third-Party Data Centers

Role and Responsibilities: - Drive EHS programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with Google’s global safety and strategic goals. - Identify opportunities for optimization and lead change management to enhance program performance using data-driven metrics. - Define and resolve ambiguous cross-functional problems by applying independent judgment to adapt programs in dynamic environments. - Cultivate relationships across teams to align expectations, mitigate risks, and report progress to leadership groups. - Maintain deep knowledge of EHS regulations and industry trends to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Data Center Focus: The Data Center team designs and operates some of the most sophisticated electrical and HVAC systems in the world. We are a collaborative, team-oriented group of engineers committed to building and operating powerful data centers.
US: $159,000 – $230,000 per year, plus a 15% bonus target, equity, and benefits.
