Brand Revolution is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead fabrication projects from handover through installation, coordinating with the Creative, Production, Fabrication and Account teams to keep work moving, resolve issues early, and deliver each build to the highest standards on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality. This on-site role involves overseeing projects in the Denver area and collaborating across multiple departments to ensure seamless execution. Responsibilities include: - Leading fabrication projects from handover to installation and final close-out. - Building and managing realistic project plans, production schedules, and installation timelines. - Reviewing engineering drawings, shop drawings, and fabrication plans to ensure accuracy and producibility. - Coordinating with Creative, Production, Fabrication and Account teams to keep everyone aligned and informed. - Monitoring budgets, procurement, production progress, and change requests to stay on track. - Building strong relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, installers, and clients through clear, proactive communication. - Visiting sites and overseeing installations to ensure quality, safety, and seamless execution. - Identifying risks early, solving challenges quickly, and keeping projects moving when plans change. - Maintaining project documentation, including drawings, approvals, RFIs, schedules, and punch lists. - Championing quality, health and safety and attention to detail throughout every stage of the project.
