This on-site role manages all aspects of low-profile and complex electrical distribution projects, including reviewing Purchase Orders, expediting shipments, and ensuring accurate billing. You will own the customer relationship, collaborate with sales and vendors, and coordinate pricing, order placement, claims, returns, and account management to maximize satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities include expediting backorders to improve fill rates, managing delivery schedules and project documentation (O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, Certificates of Compliance), and supporting leadership in quoting, requotes, and proposals. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of quotation, project management, and customer service experience, with experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred. Strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment are essential.
