Group PMX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee capital and major maintenance projects across the World Trade Center campus, managing all phases from planning and design through construction and closeout. The role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, and aligned with operational and strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include: managing multiple capital improvement and facility projects from initiation through closeout; developing project scopes, budgets, schedules, and implementation strategies; coordinating with Engineering, Operations, consultants, and contractors; monitoring project risks, schedules, budgets, and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed; leading stakeholder engagement, site investigations, and project meetings; preparing executive reports, presentations, and funding authorization materials; ensuring compliance with organizational policies, contract requirements, and project controls; mentoring junior staff and supporting cross-functional team collaboration.
